License

By purchasing PurpleWave, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any Mac linked to your Apple ID. This license does not grant ownership of the software.

Third-Party Services

PurpleWave relies on YouTube and Google Cast to function. Your use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or compatibility.

Intellectual Property

PurpleWave and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eduardo Stuart. All media played through the app remains the property of its respective owners.

Refunds

PurpleWave is distributed through the Apple App Store. All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard EULA.

Disclaimer

PurpleWave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduardo Stuart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of PurpleWave.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduardo Stuart from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of PurpleWave or violation of these terms.

Accessibility

We are committed to making PurpleWave accessible to all users. The app supports macOS accessibility features including VoiceOver, keyboard navigation, and reduced motion preferences. If you encounter any accessibility issues, please contact us so we can address them.

Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee specific response times.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
